Group lessons for children aged 6 to 10 years. Cheerleading is not just dancing, nor is it only about strength. It's about a healthy body and self-confidence.
Coach Sofia describes this direction as "pilates for children," but in a more interesting and dynamic form. We don't just strengthen muscles — we teach children to feel their bodies, understand how they work, and work properly with their own weight.
In our classes, we don't work "for the sake of medals," but for the foundation:
- building a muscle corset
- working on posture
- developing coordination and flexibility
- learning to understand one's own body
- This is important for every girl — regardless of whether sports become her profession.
Atmosphere and values:
- learning to work in a team
- negotiating and listening to each other
- learning trust: in cheerleading, there are stunts where one girl lifts another — and here it's important not only to be able to do it but also to trust each other and understand responsibility for your partner
- not giving up when something doesn't work out
