We work according to the Montessori system and authentic Slovak textbooks.
They learn about the body, the universe, and continents, and learn to read and count to ten.
Slovak school preparation classes at the Papraď club are a comprehensive program that helps children enter school life easily and joyfully. We combine the proven Montessori system with authentic Slovak textbooks, creating a solid foundation for successful learning.
Our groups:
4–5 years old: we study mathematics using the Montessori system, get acquainted with the Slovak alphabet, colors, geometric shapes, seasons, and much more. We use Slovak textbooks designed specifically for this age: Velká kniha predškoláka, Micka a Maxík, Počítajme hravo.
5–6 years old: we learn the alphabet and mathematics using Slovak textbooks. With the Montessori method, children gain their first knowledge about the body and its structure, the senses, the universe, continents, and cities. Children learn to read and count to 10.
Schedule:
4–5 years old: Monday, Wednesday 17:00–18:00; Friday 17:30–18:30
5–6 years old: Monday 15:30–17:00, Friday 16:00–17:30
Classes are held both in groups and individually.
